REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Experience

• Background and previous experience in hospitality or fast learner we are happy to train you as long as you are passionate & come from hospitality
• Passionate about customer experience and dedicated to exceptional customer service
• Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
• Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
• An RSA and RCG certificate and the ability to confidently act on these requirements
• TAB, Keno, Gaming, Bistro & Bottleshop
• Accommodation/Motel (Experienced not necessary)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the Licensee in day to day operations
• Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to customer service, compliance, venue cleanliness & presentation at all times
• Opening and closing the venue
• Cash handling and reconciling
• Overseeing all areas of the venue and managing staff with their roles
• Conflict resolution in a professional manner
• Hands on role in all areas of the venue as required
• Training and management of staff
• Ability to multi-task and make decisions effectively

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.
